L'exploitation

Implantée sur la petite commune de Misérieux dans l'Ain, l'exploitation agricole de Cibeins a une particularité, la ferme du lycée est fondée à partir de bâtiments historiques provenant de la ville de Lyon et elle est donc classée bâtiment historique. Au sein de cette exploitation on y trouve :

L'atelier lait :

Dans cet atelier on trouve environ 70 vaches laitières de race Prim'Holstein avec un haut niveau de production (+ de 10 000 litres de lait/VL) et avec un ancien "quota laitier" de 680 000 litres vendus à la fromagerie Guilloteau se trouvant à Pélussin dans la Loire.

Cette production est permise grâce à un très bon niveau génétique du troupeau. Pour la reproduction, l'insémination artificielle est utilisée. La transplantation embryonnaire est aussi pratiquée ce qui permet d'avoir un meilleur niveau génétique.

Le bâtiment dans lequel les vaches sont logées est constitué d'une aire paillée et de caillebotis, il est équipé d'une salle de traite 2x5 en épi 30°, avec décrochage automatique et compteur à lait.

Depuis printemps 2016, les travaux du nouveau bâtiment d'élevage ont commencé, suivez leurs avancés dans la rubrique "Le nouveau bâtiment".

L'atelier culture :

La surface agricole utile de l'exploitation est d'environ 137 hectares avec un parcellaire très regroupé.

Les principales cultures sont le blé, l'orge, le maïs, la luzerne et des prairies. Une partie de ces productions est vendue aux coopératives des alentours et l'autre est en partie destinée à l'autoconsommation pour le troupeau du lycée.

L'atelier ovin :

L'atelier ovin est lui composé de 100 brebis de deux races différentes ; le Texel et le Charollais.

Les brebis Charollaise sont inscrites à l'Organisme de Sélection du mouton Charollais situé à Charolles, ce qui permet à l'élevage d'être répertorié au niveau national, et surtout d'indexer les femelles. On retrouve plusieurs mères à béliers au sein du troupeau. La monte naturelle est la méthode privilégiée au sein du troupeau. La période d'agnelage s'étale de fin novembre à début avril avec une surveillance active des élèves de BTS Productions Animales 1ère année. Et lors de la mise à la reproduction, les béliers sont enlevés de tels sortes qu'il n'y ait pas d'agnelage durant les vacances scolaires.

L'atelier canin :

Le chenil possède 4 races de chiens : le cocker anglais, le caniche, le berger blanc suisse, le berger allemand poil long. Au sein du chenil, il y a 4 cockers spaniel anglais, 1 caniche, 1 berger blanc suisse, 2 bergers allemands. Cet élevage permet aux élèves de Bac pro élevage canin d'apprendre le métier d'éleveur. En effet, de l'entretien des femelles reproductrices, du nettoyage quotidien, en passant par la saillie et les mises bas, jusqu'à la vente des chiots, les élèves sont formés à tous les aspects de ce qui sera leur futur métier passion.

The milk workshop : 

In this workshop there are about 70 dairy cows of Prim'Holstein breed with a high level of production (over 10,000 liters of milk / cow) and a former "milk quota" of 680,000 liters sold at the Guilloteau cheese dairy In Pélussin in the Loire.

This production is allowed thanks to a very good genetic level of the herd. For breeding, artificial insemination is used. Embryonic transplantation is also practiced which makes it possible to have a better genetic level.

The building in which the cows are housed consists of a mulched area and by a duck-boards, It is equipped with a room of milking 2x5 in ear 30 °, with automatic unhooking and  milk meter.

 Culture workshop: 

The useful agricultural area of the farm is about 137 hectares with a very compact parcels of land. The main cultures are the wheat, the barley, the corn, the lucerne and meadows. A part(party) of these productions is sold to the cooperatives of the surroundings and the other one is partially intended for the autoconsumption for the herd. 

Sheep workshop

The sheep workshop is composed of 100 ewes of two different races; The Texel and the Charollais. The Charollaise ewes are registered with the Charollais sheep breeding organization located in Charolles. There are several mothers with rams in the herd. Natural breeding is the preferred method in the herd. The lambing period is from late November to early April.

Canine workshop

The kennel has 4 breeds of dogs: the English cocker spaniel, the poodle, the white Swiss shepherd, the German shepherd long hair. This breeding allows the students of Bac pro breeding canine to learn the profession of breeder. Students are trained in all aspects of what will be their future job.

Die Milchladen : 

Es gibt ungefähr 70 Milchkühe von Rasse Prim' Holstein mit einem hohen Produktionsniveau (mehr als 10 000 Liter Milch / Kuh) und eine alte "Milchquote" von 680 000 Litern, die in der Käserei Guilloteau Pélussin in der Loire verkauft ist.

Diese Produktion ist möglich dank einer sehr guten genetischen Ebene der Herde gemacht. Für die Zucht ist die künstliche Befruchtung benutzt. Ein Embryotransfer durchgeführt , die für eine bessere genetische Ebene ermöglicht. Das Gebäude, in dem die Kühe untergebracht sind, wird von einem Stroh Hof und Gehweg gemacht. Es ist mit einem 2x5 Melkstand Fischgrät-30 ° mit automatischer Auslösung und Milchmesser ausgestattet.

Kultur Werkstatt

Die nützliche landwirtschaftliche Oberfläche der Betriebes ist etwa 137 Hektare mit einem sehr vereinten Teilweisen. Die wichtigsten Kulturen sind Weizen, Gerste, Mais, Luzerne und Grasland . Einige dieser Produktionen ist für Genossenschaften im Bereich verkauft und der andere Teil für den Eigenverbrauch. 

Schafe Werkstatt

Schafe Werkstatt besteht aus 100 Mutterschafe von zwei verschiedenen Rassen; Texel und Charollais. Schaf Charollaise sind im Auswahlorganismus des Schafes Charollais eingeschrieben, der in Charolles gelegt ist.  Es gibt mehrere Böcke an die Mütter innerhalb der Herde. Natürliche Srung ist die lieblingste Methode in der Herde. Die Ablammzeit läuft von Ende November bis Anfang April.

Hunde Werkstatt

Der Zwinger hat vier Hunderassen: der englische Cocker Spaniel, Pudel, Weiße Schweizer Schäferhund , Deutscher Schäferhund lange Haare. Auf diese Weise können pro Zuchthundezucht Bac Studenten das Handwerk Züchter zu lernen. Die Schüler werden in allen Aspekten geschult, was ihren künftigen Beruf sein wird.
